The challenge
Star Trading ran its operations across separate spreadsheets, inboxes and tools. Stock levels lived in one place, shipments were tracked in another, and customer history sat in individual inboxes. Nobody had a single, current picture of what was in stock, what was on its way and where each customer stood, and the same details were keyed in again each time work passed between teams.
Our approach
We mapped how stock, orders and shipments actually move through the business, then built one internal platform around that flow. Inventory, shipments and the CRM share the same records: every stock movement updates inventory, every shipment is tied to its customer and order, and each team sees the parts of the system it needs.
