The challenge
Essex Medical Care is a medical consultancy clinic. It wanted patients to be able to book a consultation and pay for it online, in a system built around how the clinic works rather than a generic booking tool.
Our approach
We designed and built a custom platform around the patient's journey: choose a consultation, pick an available appointment and pay securely as part of booking. Building it from scratch kept the booking rules, the payment flow and the look of the site in the clinic's own hands.
